  1. The Mudra for Knowledge

MUDRA 1

What to do:

Peacefully sit in a lotus posture and keep your hand on knee then touch thumb tip with your index finger tip and keep the remaining three fingers free like straight or close.

Sit in a lotus posture and keep your hands on your knee. Touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of your index finger. Keep the remaining the remaining three fingers free as shown on the picture.

This mudra will :

2. The Mudra of Air

What to do :

Fold your index finger towards your palm  as shown in the image. Press with the base of your thumb. Keep the rest of the three fingers as extended as possible.

This mudra will help you in :

  • Eliminating gas from your body
  • Calming arthritis symptoms
  • Relieving flatulence

3. The Mudra of Earth

What to do :

This mudra balances the element of Earth in your body. Do the following :

First of all you need to touch the tip of your ring finger with  the tip of  your thumb and then press the both fingers with each other. Keep the remaining fingers as extended as possible.

4. The Mudra of Fire

 

This mudra is related to fire element in our  bodies. You will get the best results out of this mudra if you perform it in the morning with an empty stomach. People suffering from acidity shouldn’t do this.

Fold your ring finger inside the palm and press the second phalanx with your thumb while extending the other fingers.
